This website provides general information about Roots of Purpose LLC and its proposed program. It is not a clinical portal. Viewing the site or contacting us does not establish a treatment relationship or confirm admission.
Information you choose to share
This website does not include an online application or collect application responses. If you call or email Roots of Purpose, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please use ordinary email only for general inquiries.
Do not send medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance details, legal records, or other sensitive personal information through general email. Ask our team about the appropriate process before sharing records.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and pages requested to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses cookies for authorized administrator sign-in.
The Roots of Purpose theme does not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, session recordings, external fonts, or embedded maps. Technical services provided by the hosting platform are separate from the theme.
External links
Some links open another service, including Google Maps, the 988 Lifeline, and government information pages. Those services have their own privacy practices. Opening a link sends a request to that provider; Roots of Purpose cannot control how another provider handles information.
